We are a community of diverse individuals who challenge each other to be stronger in order to lift those up around us. We bring our passion for fitness and yoga to breathtaking destinations across the globe, and engage with those around us for a formative experience that will change how you treat yourself and value your time.

Fitness

Daily HIIT  - calisthenics, sprints, tabata, strength. We workout on the beach and in the jungle gym. Don't be afraid to get dirty.

Giving your best is mandatory.

Sweating is inevitable.

Cooling off in the surf is a given.

Yoga

Daily yoga - vinyasa, power, restorative. We slow ourselves down everyday with a 60 minute roof deck class.

Take a breath.

Hold it in.

Let it out.

Solitude

Your time - journal, read in a hammock, day dream by the pool, take a surf lesson, explore the town, get a massage.

You came to unwind.

So do it.
