Workouts are HIIT-oriented and designed for every fitness level. All equipment is provided, varying from long resistance bands, mini bands, to jump ropes.
NYC is our backyard and The TaylorCut takes full advantage of it - Central Park, Riverside Park, Christopher St Pier. You can expect resistance training, short to long running intervals, calisthenics, and some healthy competition relay races, with the greatest city in the world as your playground.
