Fitness
Daily HIIT - calisthenics, sprints, tabata, strength. We workout on the beach and in the jungle gym. Don't be afraid to get dirty.
Giving your best is mandatory.
Sweating is inevitable.
Cooling off in the surf is a given.
Yoga
Daily yoga - vinyasa, power, restorative. We slow ourselves down everyday with a 60 minute roof deck class.
Take a breath.
Hold it in.
Let it out.
Solitude
Your time - journal, read in a hammock, day dream by the pool, take a surf lesson, explore the town, get a massage.
You came to unwind.
