San Juan Del Sur

Discovered in 1522, Suan Juan Del Sur remained a sleepy fishing town along the coast of Nicaragua for decades. Given the trans-oceanic location, the town turned in an international port of trade for over a hundred years. In the mid 20th century, tourism and investment in real estate became the dominating industries. Today, San Juan is home to many locals frequently barbequing on the beaches, tourists and surfers, as well as many international entrepreneurs who have invested in the town to ensure the longevity and preservation of this seaside town.

Eden on the Chocolata

Eden is located just outside of San Juan Del Sur, nestled in the hillside of the sleepy Nacascolo Bay. This sliver of paradise provides seven shared eco lodges, each with views of the rolling countryside and bay. Dotted with cozy hammocks overlooking the pool, the Clubhouse has a rooftop yoga deck and open air restaurant where all guests enjoy their meals together. A short walk to the private beach, and a quiet distance from the bustling downtown, Eden is a quiet oasis that you'll want to call your home.
